CLS strives to provide you with a title commitment as quickly as possible so that you are aware of issues early on in your transaction. Section B-1 of the commitment will alert you to issues that need to be cleared prior to or at the time of closing so that your title is free of liens and encumbrances that would affect your interest in the property. Section B-2 will fully inform you as to those matters which will continue to affect your property after closing and will show as exceptions on your final title policy.
CLS provides final title policies within the time frames required by our underwriters and has continually met their audited requirements. Our agency is held in high regards by these underwriters and is fully accredited to produce policies on their behalf.
